Static rotations: Intro and Intricacies

This class is for ALL LEVELS of polers. We’ll be diving into and breaking down the intricacies of static rotations. How to spin, rotate and transition more smoothly on static pole. We’ll be starting with a warm up followed by spins on static. We’ll be building from the ground up as we put together a static rotations combo with modifications and options for all levels of polers. Regardless of your pole level, my goal for you all is to leave this virtual class feeling inspired, accomplished and challenged!

Pre-requisite: None! I’ll have variations and modifications that are obtainable and challenging for every level of poler.


Spinning Pole: Harnessing the power of spin for good vs evil

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 28TH, 10:30AM-11:45AM PST

This class is for ALL LEVELS of polers. Whether you are new to spinning pole, an easily dizzy poler or already an avid spin pole enthusiast, I gotchu! We’ll be starting with a warm up before going over some of the nuances of controlling and catapulting yourself on spin. We’ll be covering spinning pole entrances and exits, inverts, shapes and more to build a beautiful spinning pole combo for you. Note, you do NOT need to be comfortable with spinning pole to take this class! If you are spin averse, as in someone that gets dizzy or nauseous with spin, we’ll be discussing ways to counter and build towards improved tolerance and other options. Regardless of your pole level, my goal for you all is to leave this virtual class feeling inspired, accomplished and challenged!
 
Pre-requisite: None! I’ll have variations and modifications that are obtainable and
challenging for every level of poler.

Mondays, 6:00pm – 6:45pm PST Flexy Flow – September 9,16, 23, 30

Join me for a 4 week flexy series where we’ll be building our functional flexibility for all things pole, aerial and surviving the zombie apocalypse! Vertical splits, center splits, pancake, shoulders, upper back, and more. These flex classes will be a 45 minute continuous flexibility flow that will cover all the splits, shoulders and back with the intent of making stretch time more feasible for those with a busy schedule or not  a fan of stretching but know they should. For those of you that would like to be more consistent in your stretching this is a great place to start. Those of you that are already avid, regular stretching peeps this class will be a great first round warm up for all your back bending, standing splits and more.

*This series is for ALL levels!! All you need is a body and it doesn’t even have to be fully functional! I’ll have modifications to make things obtainable and challenging for all.

*Class recordings will be sent out after each class so don’t worry if you miss one. You can watch and work your way thru it on your own so you’ll be all up to speed for the next week.

*HANDSPRING TRANSITIONS*This is a three part series working thru the handspring grips, True grip, Twisted grip, and Cup grip, with each class breaking down and working thru various entrances and exits from the grip theme of that particular class.

This handspring series is intended for those that are already comfortable with a handspring (any grip, from any entry) to build your handspring transitions with all the grips. New and fancy ways into and out of your true grip, twisted grip, and cup grip handspring/ayesha.

Pre-requisite: A handspring from any grip or any entrance. True, twisted OR cup, dropping down, kicking up just be able to comfortably get into a handspring from your preferred entrance with your preferred grip. If you’re still working towards a solid handspring, then I would recommend you first take my ‘Handspring, Iron-X and Deadlift’ Workshop available under the ‘Workshop’ tab.

Classes can be taken individually (pick which grip theme you would like to focus on) at $25/class or sign up for the complete three class series for only $55 for all three together.
