This live virtual pole class theme is all about those static rotations! Static rotations are an art form in themselves so we’ll be focusing on the nuances of what moves can help us create that magical looking rotation. This class is for ALL levels of polers with non-inverting options in the combo as well as inverting and handspring variations added in as well. The combo will be broken down into bite size pieces so as to accommodate all pole heights. I’ll be on a short pole so don’t let pole height hold you back from joining this one!

HANDSPRING TRANSITIONS VIRTUAL SERIES

This is a three part series working thru the handspring grips, True grip, Twisted grip, and Cup grip, with each class breaking down and working thru various entrances and exits from the grip theme of that particular class.

This handspring series is intended for those that are already comfortable with a handspring (any grip, from any entry) to build your handspring transitions with all the grips. New and fancy ways into and out of your true grip, twisted grip, and cup grip handspring/ayesha.

Pre-requisite: A handspring from any grip or any entrance. True, twisted OR cup, dropping down, kicking up just be able to comfortably get into a handspring from your preferred entrance with your preferred grip.

Classes can be taken individually (pick which grip theme you would like to focus on) at $20/class or sign up for the complete three class series for only $50 for all three together.

HANDSPRING, IRON-X & DEADLIFT POLE CONDITIONING CLASSES

The handspring is one of the big bucket list moves of pole.  Learn how to train for all the handspring grips, iron x and deadlift safely and effectively while developing a strong foundation and ensuring proper body alignment.  The handspring (all the grip variations), deadlift and iron-x will be broken down step by step so as to rapidly improve strength and confidence.  We will be focusing on proper technique for all things handspring including various transitions into and out of the various handspring grips.  Whether you want to improve your handspring or check that first handspring milestone off your list, this handspring class is for you. We’ll be incorporating other non-handspring pole conditioning in as well so as to not over work all the muscles that go into the handspring. Non-handspring conditioning will be added as needed or request by students.

Pre-requisite: inverting from the floor (doesn’t have to be a pretty invert)

I will be uploading the pole class recordings within 24-48 hours of class completion and making that available for anyone that may have missed part or all of the class or wants to be able to refer back to the content.

ALL LEVELS LIVE VIRTUAL POLE CLASSES

This will be Beginner/Intermediate with modifications offered for all. This class is open to ALL levels of strength and pole experience. Class curriculum will be tailored to the needs and requests for those that attend so feel free to bring your requests to class. Classes are technically 1 hour long, but I’ll be on zoom 15 minutes prior and 15 minutes after so that we have ample time for questions after and quick introductions at the beginning. Feel free to start your warm up before we start the class if you have a preferred warm up or your body needs more of an extended warm up. I’ll be leading you thru a short targeted warm up but depending on what your body needs I recommend you spend as much time as you need before to warm up and stretch prior. 

Pre-requisite: NONE, there is something for every level of poler in these classes.

 INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED SATURDAY POLE CLASSES

These classes are for Intermediate/Advanced with modifications offered for all. You should be comfortable inverting and there will be options for those of you that have solid handsprings to challenge your brain and body. All classes are $20/person. Classes are technically 1 hour long, but I’ll be on zoom 15 minutes prior and 15 minutes after so that we have ample time for questions after and quick introductions at the beginning. I highly recommend you start your warm up before we start the class. I’ll still be leading you thru a brief warm up but depending on what your body needs I recommend you spend as much time as you need before to warm up and stretch prior. I will be uploading the pole class recordings within 24-48 hours of class completion and making that available for anyone that may have missed part or all of the class or wants to be able to refer back to the content. 

 Pre-requisiteIdeally comfortable with aerial inverts and at least shoulder mounts from the floor. If you are unsure if you’re ready for a class please feel free to msg me with your questions.

FLEXIBLITY CLASSES

BACK BENDING: We’ll be focusing on the vertical split, shoulders and upper back. This class is intended to be a foundations class for all things back bending. All levels welcome. This class can be your entire stretching/contortion session in one or it can be your warm up for your back bends. This class is a foundation or future back bending classes for those interested in taking it to the next level. 

CENTER SPLIT/PANCAKE AND ALL THINGS CENTER SPREADY TO THE GODS FLEXY: Focusing on strengthening and stretching all things middle splits and pancakes. Often times also working in shoulder stretches as well just because we need more shoulder stretches in our lives!

Flexibility classes do NOT include a class recording.

PARTNER ACRO

Acro yoga or partner acro is fun, challenging and can be a bit of a workout all in one! Grab your quarantine buddy, significant other or kids and join us for a mixed level acro class. All levels are welcome, no experience necessary. We’ll be starting with the basics of L-basing and then adding in more challenging variations for those with more experience.
