Are you happy with your flexibility?  How about your splits?  That perfectly flat split, or even better the coveted over split are the holy grail for so many!  Are you looking to someday be able to do a spatchcock on the pole or maybe your goal is to improve your straddle for a planche  Some of you might not know where to start in order to reach this goal or you may have been stretching but have gotten frustrated and discouraged by slow or non-existent progress.  This two part, online, flexibility  workshop series will walk you through how to activate your muscles to optimize your flexibility progress and get you powering towards your flexibility goals.  The best part about this series is that you can take this workshop from your own home, while your kids (or puppies) are napping or at your studio with your training buddies. Part 1 will be focussing on your vertical split, as in one foot in front of you and the other to the rear. Part 2, the second workshop will be delving into the center split or straddle and the pancake.  These workshop will help you develop the tools to take your flexibility to the next level, not only improving your range of motion but also optimizing your athletic performance.  

Along with TWO flexibility workshop you will also be given access to our EBfit members only private facebook flexibility group where you can continue to post your questions, progress pictures and obtain accountability and support from your fellow Ebfit flexibility training buddies.
