This is a MONTHLY training program to help you take the guess work out of your training and has been designed with your success and progress as the primary goal.
This program consists of 12 months of training to walk you step by step closer to your goals. Monthly members can cancel at anytime. Once full 12 months has been paid for (either in a one time payment or 12 installments) the program is yours for LIFE! You can continue to use the tutorials and tools for as long as you like!

Part 1 will be focussing on your vertical split, as in one foot in front of you and the other to the rear. Part 2, the second workshop will be delving into the center split or straddle and the pancake.
