What is the EBFit Polers Program
This is a MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP program to help you take the guess work out of your training and has been designed with your success and progress as the primary goal.
Instead of only giving you tutorial break downs of individual moves this program includes every facet of your training. Strength, conditioning, technique, flexibility and injury prevention.
This program includes but is not limited to:
Weekly training modules that include guidance in how to structure and organize your training between both pole and non-pole time.
Off the pole exercises such as cross training to maintain muscle balance and give you training options for when you don’t have access to a pole.
Flexibility training to maintain healthy joints, range of motion and help you work towards your pole goals.
Access to EBFit Member exclusive video feedback resources to help you improve your technique and work thru those sticky training moments!

*This is a membership based program and just like any other membership, like you would have at an in-person gym or studio, you only have access while your membership is active.
