What is the EBFit Polers Program

This is a MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP program to help you take the guess work out of your training and has been designed with your success and progress as the primary goal.

Instead of only giving you tutorial break downs of individual moves this program includes every facet of your training.  Strength, conditioning, technique, flexibility and injury prevention. A complete training guide for you to follow each week to help you grow stronger, more flexible, more fluid in your transitions and work towards all your goal pole moves!

This program includes but is not limited to:

Weekly training modules that include guidance in how to structure and organize your training between both pole and non-pole time.

Off the pole exercises such as cross training to maintain muscle balance and give you training options for when you don’t have access to a pole.

Flexibility training to maintain healthy joints, range of motion and help you work towards your pole goals.

WHICH LEVEL IS BEST FOR YOU?

Beginner:

Not inverting yet.

Not shoulder mounting yet.

No experience necessary but still suitable for any level of poler not fully comfortable with inverted positions yet. 

Focuses on building a strong pole foundation balanced between low flow and tricks.

 

Intermediate:

Inverting…either from the ground OR very comfortable dropping down into inverted leg hangs and crucifix.

Does NOT have a handspring or does NOT have a consistent or solid handspring on both sides.

Shoulder mount from the ground can be a work in progress.

Focuses on solidifying pole foundations of strength and flexibility while building combos and transitions.

 

Advanced:

Comfortable with handspring on at least one side in any grip (either from kicking up into it or dropping down)

Solid Inverts from the ground. Should either have a solid aerial invert or at least it should be a work in progress.

Solid Shoulder Mounts from the ground. Should either have a solid aerial shoulder mount or at least it should be a work in progress.

Focuses on building tricks, transitions and combos to challenge your brain and body and bridge the gap to becoming a stronger, cleaner and more efficient poler.

 

*If you are still uncertain as to which program level is best suited for you feel free to email me with a description of your level and moves that you are comfortable with. Sending a video of yourself poling or a link to your IG or Youtube is also great for assessment.

*This is a membership based program and just like any other membership, like you would have at an in-person gym or studio, you only have access while your membership is active. If you cancel your membership you can’t use the gym unless you renew your membership, simple as that. No one questions that with an in-person gym and this is no different!

The program content is released with a weekly/monthly format for 18 months and then after that additional tutorials and content will continue to be added monthly to the pole library. Your content will never expire and is always accessible as long as your membership is active. So don’t feel like you need to rush or should be progressing at a different rate than you are. We all learn and progress at our own rate. Some tricks and training sessions you might find that you get fairly easily while others may take revisiting over time to get comfortable or to work up to. If at any point in your program you feel that you need more of a challenge and want to move up a level, simply ask and you can be transferred to the next program level.

EBFit Beginner Polers Training Program

The beginner pole program is for everyone from their very first pole class to solid inverters.  The first month will start with your basics moves you would learn in a pole foundations class or pole level 1 class and then builds progressively with increasingly challenging moves each month.  The goal of the beginner program is to help you build a well rounded pole base consisting of strength, flow, flexibility and a basic understanding of the mechanics that goes into working towards intermediate pole moves.  Since we all learn and progress at our own rate, each month will offer optional challenge moves, combos or sequences for those of you that are ready for more. 

Training will include but is not limited to:

Weekly training towards inverts and shoulder mounts

New spins and flow combos in each module

Off the pole cross training as well as strength training to help you reach your goals

Flexibility for splits

Back and shoulder flexibility training 

*If at any point you feel that the beginner program isn’t challenging enough for you I offer you a hassle free switch to the intermediate program! Simply send an email requesting the switch and consider it done!

EBFit Intermediate Polers Training Program

The intermediate pole program is for polers that either already have a solid invert or are savy and comfortable dropping down into inverted positions.  I recognize that we all learn and gain strength in different areas at different times which is why I don’t like to label levels based on how long you have been doing pole.  The first month will start with solid foundation moves doing a technique check on inverts and leg hangs (either from inverting from the ground or descending down into them is fine) and then builds progressively with increasingly challenging moves and combos each month.  The goal of the intermediate program is to help you build a well rounded pole base consisting of strength, flow, flexibility and an understanding of the mechanics of working towards advanced pole moves.  Since we all learn and progress at our own rate, each month will offer optional challenge moves, combos or sequences for those of you that are ready for more.
