VIRTUAL CLASSES WITH ME VIA ZOOM!

SEPTEMBER SCHEDULE

These classes are for Intermediate/Advanced with modifications offered for all. You should be comfortable inverting and there will be options for those of you that have solid handsprings to challenge your brain and body. All classes are $20/person, payment and reservation info will be posted by Monday. Classes are technically 1 hour long, but I’ll be on zoom 15 minutes prior and 15 minutes after so that we have ample time for questions after and quick introductions at the beginning. I highly recommend you start your warm up before we start the class. I’ll still be leading you thru a brief warm up but depending on what your body needs I recommend you spend as much time as you need before to warm up and stretch prior.

I will be uploading the class recording within 24 hours of class completion and making that available for anyone that may have missed part or all of the class or wants to be able to refer back to the content. The uploaded class will be available for one week after the class date.

If you have requests for upcoming virtual classes please bring those requests toe the QnA before or after the classes and I’ll try to work in your requests to future virtual classes.
